We now have an opportunity for an experienced Technical Sales Administrator to join our team. You will be able to add value to the existing team and help facilitate the company to develop and grow. You will be the type of person who knows and understands the importance of customer service and satisfaction. Listening and communication skills essential, hard working, full of initiative and have good relationship building skills.

Extreme organisational skills is a must, to coordinate sales, support requests and coordinate installs. Completing tasks from quotation straight through to finished job, including coordinating installers/engineers.

It is vital that the candidate has I.T. Knowledge and understands current technical jargon and equipment (some basic product training will be provided but you are expected to know this before starting) such as Computer spec's, printers, touch screens, software such as office and antivirus.

Sales is a big part of the job and the sales person in you, needs to be eager, wants to talk and wants to help build the business. Servicing new customers, existing, taking their orders, and responding to queries, following up with quotations and answering questions.

What else will you be doing? ....... processing quotes and orders. You will also be involved with purchasing and trying to secure the best price on goods. You will work closely with both clients and suppliers. As the Technical Sales Administrator, you will be supporting multiple accounts and getting involved in sales promotions/marketing and other activities as required by the company.

You will also be required to work outside the office on sales initiatives and events, such as demo’s with schools.

Skills required:

  • Admin work 3 years+
  • Technical Sales – phone, email and direct 3 years +
  • Full knowledge of Microsoft Office a must (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • ZOHO CRM system and Sage
  • Extreme organisational skills
  • eMarketing (adwords, social media advertising, wordpress)
  • Excellent Communication skills – includes phone, email, directly with client
  • I.T. knowledge
  • 100% command of the English Language

You will need to be able to hit the ground running, some training on product knowledge will be provided, but you must be able to work on your own initiative.

We are a rurally based company and you will be require to have your own means of getting to and from work. Please note this role is not for a trainee and experience is required. Immediate start 39 hours a week. We may require you to be Garda Vetted.
